We are a local vegetarian and vegan restaurant offering 100% organically prepared, authentic vegan and vegetarian food. With over 18 years of experience in Nepal, we have provided delightful dining experiences to travelers and trekkers alike. We prepare our dishes using freshly ground spices and sauces, all sourced from local markets. Our chef, Gauri Dixit, hails from a small village in Assam, India, and brings her expertise in authentic Indian cuisine to guide and delight our guests. Aniyor is also renowned for making the best vegan momos in Kathmandu, thanks in large part to the dedicated research and development efforts of Chef Gauri Dixit, also known as Bornali Borthakur.
